My Diagnosis? ISFP - The Artists

The gentle and compassionate type. They are especially attuned their inner values and what other people need. They are not friends of many words and tend to take the worries of the world on their shoulders. They tend to follow the path of least resistance and have to look out not to be taken advantage of.

They often prefer working quietly, behind the scene as a part of a team. They tend to value their friends and family above what they do for a living.

It even gave me this nifty diagram!

The Telegraph has a neat listing of thirty conspiracy theories, with a photo to accompany each one. This image is from the entry on Illuminati/New World Order conspiracies that encompass everything from US currency to… the Denver International Airport?

Update on paper-writing

Re: Things I will be doing to avoid writing the paper draft due in 14 hours

Looks like I successfully dodged (writing) the draft! In the end, it was a bout of tummy-sick that put me over the top and made me leave lunch in a rush. I couldn’t have done it without the internet and sleep, though.

Way to go, me!

L’Orchidée D’HawaïŚmierć Ministra (which means Death of the Minister)

I saw this band two nights ago at the Kimya Dawson show. These guys caught my attention immediately with their mix of eastern european gypsy/klezmer melodies and 60’s garage/surf rock rhythms (although they are from, or at least live in France). They sing in a bunch of different languages on their album, including Polish, Italian, Spanish and Russian. This one is in Polish.

The drummer was so amazing to watch. He switched up the beats like it was nothing. If you go to their myspace page, you can download a bunch of their songs FOR FREE! Definitely check out Black Sand Beach, which is really surf-rock sounding, and Angelare which has great harmonies.

If you are going to see Kimya Dawson in the near future, get there early to check out these guys live! They are great!

They also played before the Kimya Dawson concert Mindy and I went to, and were awesome. So, so much fun to watch live.
